主料:猪肘(一般人是用五花肉,因为在国外的关系,买不到比较满意的五花肉,所以用猪肘,不过猪肘还是有猪肘的风味)

辅料:葱,姜,料酒(家里料酒用完了,用的威士忌代替的),糖,干辣椒数枚,八角,山奈,桂皮,香叶R4c/])T:QV%D`/GXD

1.把买回来的猪肘在大锅中煮40分钟左右,主要是煮的半熟,并去除血水,煮的时候可以加几片姜b.o(Y-S7Z3D9Uo1j%~

2.把煮好的猪肘,凉一下(刚煮好,太烫了)。把肉从骨头上剔下来,并切成适当的小块'l

3.油锅中烧油,但是火一定要小,在冷油的时候就加入糖,同时用铲子不停的搅拌。直至糖完全融化在油里,并且呈褐色。同时有气泡在锅底冒出
