辅料:面粉,鸡蛋,盐,鸡精,油

1. 面粉适量,打个鸡蛋下去,然后加盐,鸡精和凉水,慢慢调成糊状。比较难的是糊的稀稠要掌握好,主要是不能太稀,因为这样会挂不住。再撒些葱花,这样香味更足。R|NScq,@K~

2. 杀好的小黄鱼浸入糊中,然后另起没锅,烧到六七成热。然后下锅开炸。这时可开小火,大概炸个六七分钟,中间把鱼翻个身。等到鱼变成金黄色时就可以出锅了。)ZR1f4i2]1K5B&V4T"[
