女士爱吃的小甜点——脆皮香蕉【16P】
原料:香蕉四个,鸡蛋2个,淀粉,面粉,还有泡打粉。(不要看粉蛮多的,但其实菜场很容易买到的)。z-R

步骤1:其实这步是蛮重要的,要把粉的比例调好点,面粉用手抓3大把,淀粉一大把,加点盐,加2个鸡蛋在里面。

步骤2:倒水搅拌,水先不要多,慢慢的加,慢慢的搅拌,然手加泡打粉,不要太多,一小把就行了。我买的这小袋花了3毛钱。R:?

步骤5:把切好的放入发酵好的面粉里,裹上一层面粉。

步骤6:锅中到多些油,开大火油热,倒入香蕉,第一次做不要全部放进去,怕女孩子忙不过来,溅油到身上,几个几个的放进去,炸颜色发黄的时候捞出来。i`c"C4NE~9a

步骤7:捞出后,油再大火烧热,再次倒入香蕉回炸一下,炸1分钟就以捞出来了,以前在台湾饮食节目中看过,大火回炸能把炸的东西油逼出来,而且颜色也更好看。
