别有一番风味的肉汁茄子

记得小时候吃酱拌茄子,为了省柴火是在饭煲里蒸熟的,饭好了茄子也就淋透了。再拌以酱油和糖,若不怕肥腻还要放上猪油同拌,那才叫香呢!

今天想吃这道家常菜了,猪油是不能放了,要健康嘛,用花生油代替,再调入豉油鸡汁(甜味、咸味都齐全,方便),吃起来别有一番风味!

材料:茄子一个,唐芹一根,蒜,已调味的肉沫

茄子洗净后,从中间开一刀,这样快熟 7aIN

当水煮开后,把茄子放进锅里用大火蒸10~15分钟至淋熟 }[ T\T0avoF}

茄子蒸好后倒出多余的水份

当油热后把所有的配料爆香,然后将(调味料:上汤,酱油,白醋(少量),辣椒酱,糖,麻油,生粉水)倒入煮滚 ;`i$|S^1n:ve7b2G
