1.将海蛎子洗净涮干净,上笼蒸熟取出,剖开再次洗净,码入盘中G|^Ib%Q4d U;o
2.锅中加油烧热,下蒜蓉爆香,加汤(最好提前准备高汤,因仓促,用浓汤宝外加海蛎的汤),鲍鱼汁(不建议用蚝油)老抽,盐味,白糖,料酒,胡椒粉调味,勾芡淋香油,浇在海蛎上,撒香葱末即可
