1、尽量将南瓜切成薄片,经清蒸后的南瓜容易捣烂成泥,期间给碟中的南瓜翻身,使其更易蒸熟蒸透。VUD#dm
2、南瓜下锅清蒸前,先盖上一层保鲜膜,可防止碟内水份较多,以致稀释南瓜泥;也可取出蒸好的南瓜,直接倒去碟中多余的水份。yk~_*U/VNmw

3、炼奶就是加了糖的浓缩牛奶,其甜度比鲜牛奶高很多,再加上南瓜本身已有甜度,因此炼奶不宜多加,否则会过甜发腻。 xN&f
