步骤1:把肉洗净,切成块状,一口一块差不多,如图6dU4A^KIa

步骤2:肉切好后把材料2倒进肉中,拌匀后,盖上保鲜膜放进冰箱中腌制2小时以上,如没时间也可拌匀后直接就进锅

步骤3:锅内放少量油(腩尾油本身含有较多脂肪),油较热后放入肉炒匀(炒匀即可,不宜过多翻炒),用中火盖上锅盖煎焖直至腩尾肉本身的脂肪被焗出部分,肉熟透。中途尽量少翻动否则掀开锅盖蒸汽跑出来后肉容易老也不易熟,但也要注意看,别煎糊了!TM#u](ry9u0\;A
